Store Manager (WM)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 2-4 shift leads to run daily store ops.
• Ensure freshness, inventory, and stock to keep operations smooth.
• Hire, train, provide daily feedback, and biannual 1-on-1s.
• Collaborate with Operations and other teams to optimize product selection.
• Monitor shrink, reduce waste and manage store resources.
• Schedule shifts and handle incoming goods and store orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience; ability to motivate others.
• Experience in grocery stores is a plus.
• Fast learner with multitasking ability.
• Proactive, service-minded with a can-do attitude.
• Able to work day, evenings and weekends.
• Fluent English required.
