Store Manager (WM)

📋 Description

• Lead, coach and develop 2-4 shift leads.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly: freshness, inventory, stock.
• Hire, train and provide daily feedback; conduct biannual 1-on-1s.
• Collaborate with other functions for selection and right products.
• Monitor shrink and waste; oversee ordering of goods and equipment.
• Work with Area Manager to report store performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience; ability to motivate others.
• Grocery store experience is a plus.
• Fast learner; able to multitask.
• Proactive and service-minded.
• Can-do attitude; works well in fast pace.
• Availability days, evenings and weekends.
• Data-driven and analytical; uses data to improve.
• English fluent required; Swedish language is a plus.
