📋 Description

• Lead, grow and motivate a team; create an environment for colleagues to excel.
• Improve store operations with the Operations Team for fast, fluent delivery.
• Continuously participate in internal and external meetings.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure the right product selection.
• Monitor KPIs, inventory shrink and food waste; drive improvements.
• Manage shift scheduling and store administration, including payroll inputs.
