📋 Description

• Lead 2-4 Shift leads, coach and develop them within Wolt leadership values.
• Ensure store day-to-day operations run smoothly (freshness, inventory, stock).
• Hire, train, provide daily feedback, conduct 1v1 reviews twice a year.
• Collaborate with functions across Wolt to ensure good product selection.
• Monitor shrink, control food waste, and manage stock levels.
• Manage shift scheduling and handling incoming goods and store orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience and ability to motivate others.
• Experience in grocery store is a plus.
• Fast learner with ability to multitask.
• Proactive and service-minded with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to work day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Data-driven and analytical, able to use data to improve operations.
