• Create a warm, welcoming, celebratory atmosphere, greet and engage with customers
• Deliver celebratory customer service and ensure every customer enjoys a joyful and memorable ear
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of studio staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional
• Accountable for meeting studio targets and driving revenue growth
• Schedule staff within labor allocations, manage time-off requests, and handle staffing issues
• Recruit for open studio positions

• Proven experience in retail management (3-5 years)
• Strong leadership skills
• Customer-obsessed with passion for exceptional customer experiences
• Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
