Store Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
• Lead service quality: food, customer service, and store cleanliness.
• Build a culture of excellence focused on cookie quality, service, and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail.
• Available to work Thu-Sun shifts (2-3 mid-to-late).
• Benevolent, player-coach leadership in daily operations.
• Hospitality-focused with ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Tech-savvy with restaurant/retail software; Outlook, Excel, Teams, and ATS experience.
• Familiar with commercial convection ovens (a plus).
