Store Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers)
• Lead service components: quality, customer service, and store cleanliness
• Establish culture of excellence for cookie quality, service and sales
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience
• Availability for 2-3 shifts Thu-Sun
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach style
• Strong hospitality and customer service mindset
• Tech: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; experience with ATS
• Familiar with convection ovens (a plus)
