📋 Description

• Store Operations Manager for Richardson, TX store at 3000 Northside Blvd Suite 300, Richardson, TX 75080
• Lead hospitality-focused team and drive training, growth, and sales
• Hire, coach and develop a diverse hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers)
• Lead service components: quality, customer service, and store cleanliness
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality and sales
• Manage and audit inventory; create local marketing drops; recognition programs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality
• Hospitality focus and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS experience
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
