Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness
• Establish a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service, and sales
• Manage inventory and controls
• Create local marketing drops
• Run in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years management/leadership in a restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality
• Hospitality mindset and strong customer service
• Proficient with restaurant software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens
