📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff.
• Lead service quality and store cleanliness through the team.
• Establish a culture of excellence in quality, service and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory with proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Create and drive in store recognition programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
• Avail 2-3 mid to late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Benevolent, player coach leadership style.
• Strong hospitality and customer service mindset.
• Tech: restaurant/retail software; ATS; MS Outlook/Excel/MS Teams.
• Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
