Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire and coach a diverse part-time team (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers)
• Lead service: food quality, customer service, friendliness, and store cleanliness
• Build a culture of excellence focused on cookie quality, service, and sales
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting
• Avail. to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun
• Benevolent, player-coach leadership for daily ops
• Strong hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Software-savvy with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience
• Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus
