Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers)
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, cleanliness
• Establish culture of excellence in cookie quality, service, and sales
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional service
• Solid technical acumen with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS experience
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens; a plus
