Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Open and lead a brand-new Winston-Salem location.
• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
• Lead service quality, customer service, friendliness, and store cleanliness.
• Build a culture of excellence in cookie quality, service, and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management/leadership.
• Availability to work Thu-Sun shifts.
• Benevolent, player-coach leadership in daily management.
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Tech-savvy with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
