Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a diverse hourly team at brand-new St. Louis (Soulard) opening.
• Oversee hospitality focus, training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure store operations support exceptional customer service and store cleanliness.
• Manage inventory controls and drive in-store initiatives and local marketing drops.
• Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality and sales performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale operations and maintain strong team morale.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Benevolent, player-coach leadership style.
• Strong hospitality mindset with exceptional customer service.
• Tech acumen with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; experience with Applicant Tracking System.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
