Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness.
• Establish culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment
• Ability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs–Sun
• Leadership with a player-coach style for daily operations
• Hospitality mindset with strong customer service
• Technical acumen with restaurant/retail software; proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
