Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers)
• Lead service: quality, customer service, friendliness, cleanliness
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, service, and sales
• Manage and audit inventory with proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work Thu-Sun 2-3 mid-to-late shifts
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens (a plus)
