Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff
• Lead service quality, customer service and store cleanliness
• Drive cookie quality and sales through the team
• Manage inventory controls and audits
• Create local marketing drops and in-store contests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mindset
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional service
• Tech: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus
