  • Hire, coach, and develop diverse hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Crew, Drivers)
  • Lead service quality, guest experience, and store cleanliness
  • Establish a culture of excellence focused on cookie quality and growth
  • Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
  • Create and execute local marketing drops and contests
  • Drive in-store recognition programs and team performance

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years management in restaurant or retail
  • Available to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
  • Benevolent leader with a player-coach approach
  • Strong hospitality and customer service mindset
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS exp
  • Familiar with commercial convection ovens (nice to have)
