Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff.
• Lead service: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory with proper controls.
• Create local marketing drops and in‑store recognition programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
• Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mindset.
• Strong hospitality and customer service focus.
• Proficient with restaurant/retail software; Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens (a plus).
