Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Lead and train a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
• Oversee service quality, customer experience, and store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence around cookie quality and sales.
• Manage inventory controls and store assets.
• Develop local marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
• An innate sense of hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong tech skills: restaurant/retail software; Outlook, Excel, Teams; ATS.
• Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
