Build a culture of excellence focused on cookie quality and sales
Manage and audit inventory for proper controls
Create and execute local marketing drops
Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of management in restaurant or retail
Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality
Innate hospitality and exceptional customer service
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; restaurant software
Familiarity with convection ovens (a plus)
