Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers)
• Lead service quality, customer service, and store cleanliness through the team
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service, and sales
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls
• Create and execute local marketing drops
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Tech savvy with restaurant/retail software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens (a plus)
