Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, store cleanliness.
• Build a culture of excellence focusing on cookie quality, customer service, and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
• Benevolent, player-coach leadership style for daily operations.
• Hospitality mindset with focus on exceptional customer service.
• Strong technical acumen with restaurant/retail software; proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
