📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff.
• Lead service components: food quality, service, cleanliness.
• Foster culture of excellence in cookie quality and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs/contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management in restaurant or retail.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thurs-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach mentality.
• Innate hospitality and exceptional guest service.
• Solid tech skills: MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS experience.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens.
