Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, drivers).
• Lead service quality, customer service and store cleanliness.
• Build a culture of excellence for cookie quality and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory with proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
• Availability for 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership with a player-coach approach.
• Strong hospitality and customer service focus.
• Tech-savvy with restaurant software; MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; ATS.
• Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
