Store Operations Manager (GM)

📋 Description

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Drivers).
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness.
• Establish culture of excellence in cookie quality and sales.
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Drive in-store recognition programs and contests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of management/leadership in restaurant or retail.
• Availability 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Leadership with a player-coach style for daily ops.
• Strong hospitality mindset and customer service focus.
• Technical acumen: restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, ATS.
• Familiarity with convection ovens is a plus.
