🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years retail management experience.
• 21+ years old.
• Strong knowledge of California cannabis regulations.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive accountability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; flexible hours.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
