Store Operations - Retail Stock Associate

📋 Description

• Receive items from deliveries; unload, inspect quality, and enter into inventory system.
• Organize back-of-house and replenish stock to sales floors.
• Maintain accurate cycle counts and remove damaged or defective items.
• Prepare outgoing transfers and build pallets for shipment.
• Verify and update product tags, UPCs, names, and retail prices as needed.
• Based at Magnolia Silos Grounds in Waco, TX; reports to Store Ops Manager; no supervisory duties.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year warehouse or stockroom experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Apple iOS tablet technologies and functions.
• Experience with RF-SMART devices and inventory systems is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, special events, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
