Store Supervisor

📋 Description

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, inventory reconciliation and reporting
• Facilitate training and onboarding of Wellness Advisors, coaching selling techniques
• Respond to employee questions, concerns, and escalate resource needs
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback; document performance concerns
• Direct team workflow, create rosters and delegate daily responsibilities
• Manage escalated customer concerns and investigate discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years customer service experience; 1+ year leading or mentoring
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must be 21+ and comply with industry regulations
