📋 Description

Set and maintain Magnolia's merchandising vision across all Magnolia retail entities.
Coach and train staff on merchandising techniques and visual standards.
Detail-oriented; able to take direction and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Based at Silos Grounds in Waco, TX; reports to the Director of Visual Merchandising.
Implement merch changes based on product flow and sales data.
Set up and install displays on the floor, windows, and seasonal areas.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-4 years of related work experience or equivalent.
Must be available for weekends, evenings, and after-hours events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with NetSuite and RF Smart is a plus.
