Strategic ABA Practice Partner

📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with ABA practice owners, develop a deep understanding of their goals
• Analyze practice performance and identify opportunities to improve patient volume, provider
• Develop and monitor KPIs, prepare business reviews and performance presentations, and translate
• Support new practice and market launches by coordinating initiatives, anticipating roadblocks, and
• Continue partnering with providers throughout the full lifecycle of their practices, helping them
• Identify recurring operational challenges and work cross-functionally to improve workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health, with significant experience leading, operating
• Strong understanding of ABA practice operations, including clinical operations, staffing
• Experience working across multiple locations or states is preferred, along with direct experience
• Strong understanding of how clinical quality, provider capacity, operational performance, and
• Demonstrated business and financial acumen, including the ability to analyze financial statements
• Experience owning or contributing to a P&L, budget, or financial performance for a practice or
