📋 Description

• Develop strategy to win strategic logos for Decagon
• Build deep relationships with CX, Product, and Ops leaders
• Understand customer business and priorities to uncover expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with founders, deployment strategists, and engineering to tailor solutions
• Forecast pipeline and revenue; report accurately
• Develop and execute account plans for strategic deals

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic or enterprise sales
• Proven revenue growth with large, complex accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to speak the language of the C-suite
• Consultative selling with value-based solutions
• Experience selling AI or customer support software
