  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for large enterprise customers.
  • Build/maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, including executives, as trusted advisor.
  • Identify and engage new teams or high-value use cases to expand Miro's footprint.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure health, adoption, and growth signals.
  • Demonstrate value of Miro's platform to address customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years quota-carrying SaaS account mgmt/AE in HK/China/Singapore.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets via new business and expansion.
  • Experience managing full lifecycle, including renewals and expansion; ACV $50k-$150k+.
  • Strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Excellent discovery, strategic account planning, and value selling.
  • MEDDPICC or Miller Heiman methodologies proficiency.
