📋 Description

  • Educate and recruit strategic accounts and lab partners for Natera’s women’s health tests.
  • Become a subject-matter expert on Natera’s tech and services; engage KOLs and hospital leaders.
  • Develop relationships with OB/GYN residency and MFM programs through education.
  • Collaborate to implement EMR and UX tools to grow women’s health products.
  • Develop business plans aligned with sales goals; coordinate regional strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Field Specialist team to maximize opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years physician sales in the diagnostic lab field; genetics preferred.
  • At least 3 years of strategic sales or consulting in diagnostic labs.
  • Proven success launching new products and growing revenue.
  • Market knowledge/experience in reproductive health preferred.
  • Strong time management skills.
