  • Represent Workstream at industry events and conferences.

  • Demo Workstream; identify upsell opportunities; lead pilots end-to-end.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to grow ARR while managing CAC and churn.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or strategic partnerships; strong commercial drive.
  • Build lasting executive relationships and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, innovative company; can discuss product direction.
  • Able to push back on executives when needed while maintaining relationships.
  • Innovative, proactive; identify new revenue channels and build processes.
  • Travel 1-2 times per month during peak season; public speaking a plus.
