📋 Description

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor for state and local government clients throughout the entire
• Assess client workflows, operational needs, and program objectives to configure and tailor software
• Proactively manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, strengthening engagement, client
• Advise clients on applicable U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) standards
• Educate client stakeholders on relevant software features, process improvements, and implementation
• Establish account-level objectives, performance milestones, and long-term success plans aligned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in client success, implementation, account management, or a
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage
• Demonstrated ability to act as a subject matter expert, provide trusted guidance, and translate
• Strong commitment to using technology to strengthen communities and improve outcomes for low-income
• A quality-focused and accountable approach to work, particularly when supporting federally funded
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple
