Strategic Account Manager, Branded Beef

📋 Description

• Establish, develop, and maintain strategic sales relationships with major retail and foodservice
• Manage distributor and processor partnerships, where applicable, by establishing growth objectives
• Develop customer partnerships through effective retail pricing strategies, commercial programs, and
• Review weekly sales analytics and meet regularly with accounts to evaluate performance, identify
• Negotiate program agreements with customers, independent distributors, and processors to support
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver sales training and new product introductions for distributors

🎯 Requirements

• Five to ten years of experience in retail and/or foodservice sales within the protein industry.
• Significant experience in branded beef categories is strongly preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of market development, market assessment, commercial strategy, and customer
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market and partner needs, identify appropriate solutions, and
• Proven negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: $140,000–$150,000, depending on experience, skills, education, location, and
