📋 Description

• Own strategic relationships with major enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
• Develop and execute account strategies focused on customer success, retention, adoption, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or solutions architecture
• Professional fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with excellent presentation and
• Experience in at least two of the following areas: payments, fraud, cryptocurrency, or compliance.
• Strong familiarity with the Brazilian market, including payment processing, fraud typologies, KYC
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to use data, BI tools, and AI-driven solutions to
