📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of strategic customers in MENA as trusted advisor
  • Understand product and tech; explain concepts to stakeholders
  • Translate tech and compliance challenges into solutions
  • Advise on fraud, payments, compliance, and risk
  • Define and monitor customer KPIs; show value
  • Support expansion and deeper product adoption

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in account management, customer success, risk, or similar
  • Strong API integration experience; communicate technical workflows
  • Experience in fraud, payments, fintech, AML/KYC; banking preferred
  • Proven track record with customers, exec stakeholders
  • Analytical with BI data interpretation and recommendations
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
