Strategic Account Manager - MENA

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B SaaS customers in the MENA region as primary point of contact.
• Understand product, technology, and strategic direction; explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Translate technical, product, fraud, and compliance challenges into practical solutions; coordinate
• Advise on fraud, payments, compliance, and risk-management best practices to improve operations.
• Define and monitor customer KPIs; use data to demonstrate value and identify improvements.
• Support customer expansion with strategic analysis and opportunities for deeper adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, Solutions
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations and communicating technical product/workflows.
• Experience in fraud, payments, compliance, fintech, AML/KYC; banking experience preferred.
• Proven experience with customers, presenting to and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical/numerical skills; translate BI data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities to synthesize inputs and prioritize.
