🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years of related work experience beyond the degree, with a strong background in

• Experience in health plan operations, provider operations, or related healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of provider contracting strategies, risk-based agreements, reimbursement
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex

🎁 Benefits

• Full salary grade of $100,300–$172,000 annually, with a typical hiring range of $100,300–$150,465.
