📋 Description

• Own activation and platform success
• Understand customer use cases, objectives, and success metrics
• Design and execute activation strategies to drive adoption
• Implement champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings, and workshops
• Build champion communities and advocate networks
• Lead educational workshops and live events

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in customer success & activation
• Deep experience mapping customer use cases and workflows
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, dashboards, workshops
• Building advocate networks and power user communities
• AI & technical proficiency to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions
• Facilitation: virtual and live workshops; tailoring content for diverse audiences
