📋 Description

• Own activation and platform success across customers
• Deeply understand customer use cases, objectives, metrics
• Design activation strategies to drive platform adoption
• Implement champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings
• Build champion communities and advocate networks
• Lead instructor-led workshops and live events
• Travel up to 25% may be required

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years owning activation success and adoption
• Deep experience mapping use cases to workflows
• Implement activation strategies: champions, dashboards, workshops
• Build advocate networks and power-user communities
• Connect platform usage to business outcomes and ROI
• AI/technical proficiency; design custom solutions, explain tech
• Facilitation of virtual and live workshops for diverse audiences
• Strong program management and stakeholder relationship skills
