📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customers with ROI and value initiatives with a CSM
• Act as strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 leaders
• Build and manage C-suite relationships to prioritize AI
• Lead ROI delivery by analyzing surveys and interviews to frame P&L impact
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders

• Over 10 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking
