📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI/value initiatives with adoption focus.
• Partner in strategic transformation for Fortune 50-100 by setting vision and JTBD.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships to make AI a top priority for executives.
• Lead value realization by analysis through surveys and interviews for P&L impact.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders, teams, risk, and updates.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell and upsell.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic accounts or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100.
• Mastery of change management; set vision; define frameworks; translate to P&L impact.
• Executive presence; lead board presentations; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Curious mindset with active listening to foster authentic leadership.
• Background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
