📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customers with ROI/value initiatives with CS
• Advise Fortune 50-100 on AI adoption; set vision and JTBD
• Build and manage C-suite relationships to prioritize AI
• Lead value realization and ROI via analysis to frame PL impact
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders; manage teams and risk
• Scale transformation playbooks by producing decks and frameworks for the wider team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for large enterprises
• Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and lead large transformations
• Mastery of change management; set vision; define frameworks; translate to PL impact
• Executive presence; communicate to boards; lead cross-functional teams
• Curious mindset and active listening; genuine leader
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory
