📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets in Romania
• Develop business with existing and new clients
• Manage pipeline and provide weekly sales forecast input
• Lead renewals and negotiation of contracts
• Collaborate with Customer Success team for project delivery
• Present at conferences and internal events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related
• 6+ years in Merchandising, RGM or Pricing research
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven sales acumen and negotiation skills
• Native Romanian (preferred), fluent English
• FMCG/Retail industry knowledge (nice to have)
