Strategic Client Manager

📋 Description

• Own the relationship with a portfolio of Flock's largest fleet clients, becoming their primary
• Build and run our corporate account management approach: client reviews, reporting, relationship
• Work closely with brokers and our Broker Development Managers to deliver a coordinated experience
• Bring together teams across Flock, including claims, safety, underwriting and finance, to resolve
• Identify retention risks early and create clear plans to protect our most important accounts.
• Help shape and improve Flock's wider client service proposition, including account reviews, portal

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience within the insurance industry, with a clear understanding of the
• Experience in a client-facing role such as insurer account or deal management, broker account
• A proven track record of managing important client relationships and delivering strong retention or
• Strong commercial judgement. You can identify when an account is at risk, understand what matters
• Energy and ownership. You're comfortable picking up a problem, finding the right people and driving
• Confident using technology in your daily work, curious about how it can help you work faster and
