Strategic Compute Capacity Planning Lead

📋 Description

• Build operating model for capacity planning across GPUs, CPUs, storage
• Forecast demand across training, inference, research, product, and enterprise
• Translate demand into infrastructure requirements and financial plans
• Develop frameworks to allocate scarce capacity across priorities
• Model ROI, total cost of ownership, utilization, and tradeoffs for major infra decisions
• Partner with Strategic Partnerships and infrastructure teams on capacity deals

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in strategic planning, finance, operations, infra strategy
• Translate technical requirements and uncertain demand into clear plans
• Experience evaluating infra investments with ROI, cost, utilization
• Comfortable cross-functional work with Research, Product, Eng, Finance
• Create decision-making frameworks for scarce resources
• Willingness to build new function and operating processes hands-on
