Strategic Contracts Lead, Public Sector

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and administer government contracts lifecycle management processes and systems.
• Negotiate and administer agreements between Scale and our customers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Respond to inquiries from our customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain Scale registration, reporting, and disclosures in government systems such as SAM.gov
• Work closely with public sector legal teams to manage and improve our contracting processes
• Guide stakeholders in self-serve contracting processes as well as directly negotiate NDAs, task

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with a wide array of legal documents and contractual agreements, including NDAs, task
• Experience working with contract lifecycle management tools such as Ironclad.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager, paralegal, or similar experience.
• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
